DescriptionTransmits a copy of a memorandum [CD/35/9] from the Director General of the Ordnance Survey to the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries, on the subject of the General Conferences of the International Geodetic Association. In it, the Director General points out the overlap between the branches of work of the Association and the Ordnance Survey, and proposes that the Ordnance Survey should be represented in future General Conferences. Thinks it a good idea, but asks for the Royal Society's view on the matter.
