DescriptionLetter by unknown author to R [Robert] Southwell regarding gravel made out of yellow clay found at the author's farm in Ballingarm, County Cork, Ireland. The gravel shone brightly in after becoming wet with rain in such a way that the author had not seen before. Letter likely accompanied samples of the gravel.
