3. Constitution of the National Committee - letter from the Secretary of the Royal Society, with advice

4. Nominations to National Committee of Dr H J Jeffreys and MR H S Jones by the Royal Astronomical Society, and Mr C J P CAve and Mr L F Richardson from the Royal Meteorological Society

5. Section of Hydrology - concerning meeting of Executive Committe and subscription

6. Meeting of the International Union of Geodesy and Geophysics - fixing of date for 1 - 10 October, and Geodesy Section on 24 September

7. Sub-Committees - Terrestrial Magnetism Meteorology - Mr L F Richardson to sit on this committe, and he and Mr C J P Cave to sit on the sub-committee for Meteorology

8. Concerning the construction of an instrument for determining the sufficiency of determining vertical force of Terrestrial Magnetism on the principle poroposed by Mr F E Smith

9. Agenda for Union Meeting - proposals to be circulated for the Agenda of Sections at the Madrid Meeting

10. Countries adhering to the Union - new joiners were Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Greece, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Portugal, Siam, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, United States, Great Britain. New joiners to Section of Geodesy only were Denmark, Holland, and Norway.
