5. Scope of the exhibition - seamless integration between the history to modern developments

6. Plan for exhibits - details to be given to Mr Lansdell. The sponsors of teh various parts presented their proposals [Listed]

8. Brochure - first draft completed by Profesor Hall. Discussed in detail.
