Resolutions of Council appointing the Committee and Mr W E N Clifton as Surveyor read

Mr Clifton's report on the laying out of the Acton Estate (accompanied by a plan) in building lots, was read; also his report on his conference wtih Mr Hunter Dunn.

Mr Clifton called in, and it was resolved;
That Mr Clifton be requested to negotiate with the Rev. H Dunn for the sale of the plot referred to in his report of November 5th.

Notice given of death of Sir William Tite; and a letter from Mr JAmes Fergusson resigning his place on the Committee was read.

Resolved, that the Council be recommended to appoint Mr Bramwell and Mr Robert Hudson members of the Acton Estate Committee.
