Minutes of the meeting of the Election Statutes Committee of 15 January 1875 read and confimed

Minutes of Council of 18 February 1875 authorizing the issue of the Circular was read, and a copy presented and affixed here to the minutes.

Results of the circular presented by Mr White.

Resolved;
1. That the Circular be reissued, accompanied by a suitable note to those Fellows from whom no answer was received.
2. That the council be advised to authorise the preparation of a list of the Fellows from the date of that in Thomsons's History of the Roya Society (1812) in completion of the list of existing Fellows prepared from the answers to the Circular, and information in the Society's own possession.
3. In the meantime, a clerk be employed to prepare the materials for this list.

Suggestions sent in by the Fellows were recorded as read, but not listed.
