Lists Committee business -- a report from Mr Plimmer that he has obtained Capt Bateman as an assistant, and will be working on drugs such as antimony and potassium antimonate; report from Dr A Cushny that he would be assisted by Dr Thomson in experiments on tetraethylstibonium salts and Bismuth compounds; Col Bruce's proposal to experiment with antimony, bismuth, and mercury on trypanosomes; a letter from the Anglo-Ceylon and General Estates Co. calling attention to the 'careful chemists in its employ' if the Committee would entrust them with drugs for Surra disease; a request from the Colonial Office for a short report on investigations into Sleeping Sickness. p3-4.
