' The minutes of the Council were read.
Mr Guillemard as one of the Auditors on the part of the Council reported, that
At an Audit of the Treasurer's Accounts held on the 28th of November last, it appeared that the total receipts for the year then closed, including the Balance of £854..19..10, due on the last year's account, amounted to the sum of £4433..12..5 : and the total disbursements for the same year amounted to £3141..7..11 : so that there remains in the hands of the Treasurer, a Balance of £1292..4..6
The thanks of the President and Council were ordered to the Treasurer and Auditors. ' |
