Minutes of the last meeting on 29 October 1874 were read and confimed.

The Secretary announced the decease of Dr Edwin Lankaster

Balloted and listed persons to be recommended for election to the offices of President, Treasurer, Principal Secretaries, and Foreign Secretary; and also those Fellows for the election at the approaching Anniversary Meeting for election as Council and Officers for the ensuing year

Fellows nominated as Auditors of the Treasurer's Accounts listed

Council then adjudicated the Medals by ballot; Copley Medal, Royal Medal, second Royal Medal

Read report form the Gilchrist Trust Committee - Resolved tha tthis report be adopted with substitution of the words 'Gilchrist Student' for 'Gilchrist Fellow',
