Minutes of the last Council meeting of 30 November read


' Notice being taken of the irregularity, lately practised at the ordinary meetings of the Society, by introducing strangers into the meetig room before the president has taken the Chair, the president was requested to admonish the members present at the next meeting of the inconveniences arising from this irregularity. '
