Transactions volumes to be delivered for 1769 to Mr Holwell and Dr Swinney
Mr Robertson to find from the Society's minutes the date of Isaac Newton's paper describing a Sea Quadrant and inform Mr Ludlam
Mr Robertson to have left with him the Letters of Administration and Power of Attorney presented by Mr Watkins Optician of Charing Cross on behalf of the widow of the Society's late Observer Mr Charles Green for the specific debt due from the Society.
Mr Robertson to deliver to the Governor and Directors of the Hudson's Bay company the copy of the Transactions containing the observations made at Hudson's Bay.
