Dr. Carpenter appointed a member of the Scientific Relief Committee in place of Professor Huxley. Letter from Dr. Hirst, requesting a small grant from the Donation Fund to defray the costs of procuring facsimile documents by phototzincography, pertaining to the Pascal-Newton controversy: a sum not exceeding £25 granted.
