| Citation | Signr Castiglione of Lausanne, the late publisher of Sir Isaac Newtons opuscula, presented at the last meeting of this Society, being desirous of the honour of being elected into the Same. We whose names are under written do, on the knowledge we have of his general character for Learning and merit, hereby propose him as a candidate for election into the Royal Society, and recommend him as a Gentleman of known Skill in mathematical and Philosophical knowledge, every way worthy of being a member of the Society, and like to be a usefull correspondent of the Same |
