CitationSignr Marsilius Venturi of Parma now residing at Madrid where he is first Physician to the Queen Dowager of Spain, as he was formerly to her Father the Duke of Parma, and to her Consort the late king Philip V of Spain, being desirous of offering himself a Candidate for election into this Royal Society, has been proposed and Strongly recommended to us by our worthy Brother His Excellency Benjamin keen Esqr His Majestys Minister at the Court of Madrid, who personally knows him and is well acquainted with his qualifications to be a worthy and usefull member of our Body. We do hereby joyn in the Same recommendation, as well perswaded Signr Venturi will every way deserve your favour in obtaining the Honour he desires.
