Principal publications: - 'Development of 'Solaster endeca' (Forbes)' (Trans Zool Soc, Vol XX); 'The Development and Certain Points in the Structure of 'Asterias rubens'' (Phil Trans, 1914); 'Development of the Sea Anemones 'Actinoloba dianthus' and 'Adamsia palliata' (Phil Trans, 1920); 'A Monograph on the Teratology of Fishes' (Glasgow, 1912); 'The Locomotor Function of the Lantern in Echinus' (Proc Roy Soc, 1912); and over forty other papers, chiefly on Marine Biology, published in the Quart Journ Micros Soc, Proc Zool Soc, and elsewhere.
