1.) Minutes of the meeting held 10 January 1958 to be confirmed.
2.) Report that a grant of £3000 has been voted by Council for the purposes of the proposed expedition, with Dr Martin Holdgate as UK representative.
3.) To consider a draft plan prepared by Dr Holdgate.
4.) Any other business.
