1.) Minutes of the meeting held 7 July 1959 to be confirmed.
2.) Consider expenditure on film to date and future policy.
3.) Consider a statement of the Expedition accounts as a t 31 January 1960.
4.) Arrangements concerning the employment of R G Adams as a technical assistant for sorting material from the expedition at the British Museum (Natural History).
5.) To consider any desirable changes to the title and terms of reference of the SPE Committee.
6.) To report on the discussion meeting 'The biology of the southern cold temperate zone', 10-11 December 1959.
7.) To consider the report of the conference held at the Royal Society 14 December 1959.
8.) To consider future plans for work in the southern hemisphere.
9.) To discuss shortage of taxonomers and provision of taxonomic training.
10.) To consider the ultimate disposal of maps of Chile in the possession of the Royal Society.
11.) Any other business.
