4.) To consider steps to obtain information about French work on Kerguelon.
5.) To consider cooperation with South Africa in a possible expedition to Marion Island.
6.) To consider an expedition to Kerguelon.
7.) To consider steps to be taken to encourage work on the Falkland Islands
8.) To consider steps to be taken to encourage work in the Southern Hemisphere (eg from Chile)
