DescriptionThis committee papers consists of copies of letters between the Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society [DC Martin] and Sir Gavin de Beer, FRS, Director of the British Museum (Natural History), and a copy of a memorandum from Dr C F A Pantin FRS relating to the disposal and loan of specimens gathered on the Southern Chile expedition. The letters and memo date from May to June 1959.
