In addition to a copy of draft regulations for publicity, and a detailed plan from Dr Holdgate for the expedition, the file includes correspondence between DC Martin, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society and Dr Martin Holdgate about press and publicity, as well as a copy of the expedition's press release. The correspondence between the two also discusses photography and cine film work taken during the expedition, in addition to the occasional organisational or financial arrangement.
