DescriptionLetter to accompany a photocopy of a grant application submitted to the Royal Society by a proposed British Museum expedition to New Guinea. Asks him to regard it as confidential. Has talked with Askew who will be going to London on the 31st and Askew will be sending the film [from the first North Borneo Expedition] straight on to Corner. Handwritten note on the letter dated 24 December 1963 shows that Corner returned the letter, thanking Hemmen for the enclosures.
