DescriptionA collection of correspondence, excerpts and notes relating to Simon's delivery of public lectures. The papers range from the 1930s to 1950s and include some undated material.

Including correspondence from 1935 on Simon delivering a lecture at the Royal Institution, as part of their Evening Discourses. The lecture was titled The Approach to Absolute Zero'. Also, Simon's typescript for the lecture ('Helium and the Range of Stability of the Solid State') he gave to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in June 1953.

The notes in German contained here probably date from the 1930s though no date has been ascertained.
