DescriptionCorrespondence and associated papers in re F Matthias Alexander v Jokl, Cluver and Clarke. This was a libel case brought by Alexander, originator of the Alexander Technique, following defamatory remarks in an article by Ernest Jokl entitled 'Quackery versus Physical Education'. Dale went to South Africa to give evidence for the defence, but Jokl lost the case and the subsequent appeal
