TitleCopy Professor A V Hill to Rabbi Dr Solomon Schonfeld
Date19 October 1944
DescriptionHe has seen the correspondence between Dale and the Czechoslovak Government regarding an investigation of race theories and agrees with the President's opinion that it would be inappropriate for the Royal Society to "institute an inquiry into claims which no scientific man in a normal state of mind could regard as valid". The Royal Society publishes, without expression of opinion, papers which are deemed worthy of publication but the "pseudo-science of 'Rassenhygiene' etc is not a fit subject for its discussions"
