DescriptionFrankau doubted ability of blood transfusion service in Region 6 to cope with demands - seemed that one man should be in charge of services in Oxford and the rest of the Region and cooperate with the Army and with Birmingham - Robb-Smith/Macfarlane organisation the only well organised service in region, so asked Robb-Smith to take over coordination - Sanders practically dropped out of the service on taking up his appointment with Florey - says that by now Sanders should have been officially informed.
