DescriptionAlarmed that member of Nuffield Committee is circulating memo giving reasons for not allowing Nuffield Professors any private practice - both donor and University have approved limited private practice - Committee's job is to approve the detailed conditions of private practice - comments on this and on clinical experience of members of the committee - private practice will be limited to Hospitals of the School - comments on this - early results of School will depend largely on work of the Nuffield Professors - comments on this and on appointment of Professors - will not be possible to have suitable buildings before mid 1938 - comments on this and on need to build up Clinical School slowly - discusses advisability of having nominee of the Donor (Lord Nuffield) on Committee of the scheme.
