| Description | Thanks for letter and reprints - has no doubt that crystallization of leukotaxine is difficult - if crystals are contaminated with amorphous material, must be difficult to determine whether the activity is in the crystalline part or in the amorphous part - wishes Menkin's work had been repeated somewhere other than in Japan - comments on this - would not be satisfied that leukotaxine was a single polypeptide unless this could be demonstrated by the latest chemical methods. |
