Description | Autograph letter signed by sender. Spurred by recent letter from [Arthur Carrighan] to the Director of the Vienna Museum, [Anton von] Steinbuchel to write. The Robert Molyneux clock can be dispatched to Schumacher as payment from government is available. Littrow needs pendulum. Has not heard from Catton in months, is he crossed with Littrow for some reason, should he continue to send him books? Also has not written to Herschel for two months. Would be pleased to receive full observations of star being occulted by the moon for 1819, 20 and 21. |
