John Frederick William Herschel should visit Mr. Van Rees at Liege, for which Adolphe Quetelet will also write a letter of introduction. Nevertheless Adolphe Quetelet believes John Frederick William Herschel's name suffices as introduction. If John Frederick William Herschel visits Namur, he should see the governor of the province, Mr. D'Omolius[?].
