The notes are headed 'Frauenhofer'.
Letter announced election of Fraunhofer as Associate member of the RAS. In postrscriptum acknowledged the receipt through [Fox] Talbot of his crown glass prism, dispatch of various volumes and articles.
The paper is of very good quality with a Britannia watermark holding an M, seal has been removed from the side and in-filled at a later stage. |
