Rainfall totals are carried over and totalled per month. The observations show some local variations in location, 'At Dum Dum' [p.2] and 'At the Gardens' [p.6]. On 9 March [p.8] the author notes that 'a fire in the Arsenal obliged me to observe the Wind...'. |
