Description | Tables of magnetic declination and magnetic intensity, twelve observations per hour for each, made during twenty-four hour periods at the Brera Observatory in Milan on 26-27 May 1843 [pp.1-2]; and 21-22 April 1843 [pp.3-4].
Both sets of observations were enclosed in the form of a letter communicated to the Royal Society by Francesco Carlini and endorsed as received on on 3 July 1843 by John David Roberton, and on 29 July 1843, by Samuel Hunter Christie. Numbered 385 and 386. With lists of observers and participants, signed by Robert Stambucchi and dated 29 May 1843 and 25 June 1843.
