Headed [p.1]: 'Quarterly Meteorological Observations taken at the Observatory on the 21st & 22d March 1840'. Signed 'John Morton. In charge of the observatory'. Various minor inscriptions [p.2] including: 'Hourly Metl. Obsns. Mauritius March 1840'.
