DescriptionThanks the Assistant Secretary for his letter regarding remedies for the 'Surra disease', however he has not yet sent instructions to the 'Mauritius Manager' yet, as the article showed 'some danger of rendering those bacilli, who chould survive the exhibition of drugs mentioned, drug proof and armour clad' and could possibly transmit this immunity to their offspring.
