DescriptionInforms Wolfe Barry has put up his brother for election to the Royal Society. He wrote to Bourney an old friend of his and his brothers, and recived a card from him which he encloses [enclosure not present], however Harcourt questions if a certificate once sent it can be circulated afterwards. [Robert William Frederick Harrison] comments on the opposite page commenting on the illegality of a certificate to be sent out 'house' once sent it.
