Description'The Editor will be glad to be favoured by bearer as arranged per telephone, with a copy of the statement made with respect to the Royal Commission on Vivisection at the Anniversary Meeting held on St.Andrew's Day. The Editor would also take it as a favour if the Secretary would kindly supply him with the text of the statement made on the same occasion respecting investigations in tropical diseases, and especially sleeping sickness [African trypanosomiasis].'
