Description'Sir, With reference to the replacement of the receiver of your telephone, which had been broken, I beg to call your attention to your liability under the terms of your Agreement with the Postmaster General a copy of the relative clause of which is enclosed, to bear the cost of making good damage done to the Department's apparatus and to say that an account for replacing the same will be rendered to you in due course. I am, Sir, Your obedient Servant, [?]'.

Enclosed is Caluse 2 regarding damage sustained by fire or 'other accident'.
