TitleLetter from Tempest Anderson, 17 Stonegate, York, to [Robert William Frederick] Harrison, The Royal Society, Burlington House, Piccadilly
CreatorAnderson; Tempest (1846-1913); British ophthalmic surgeon
Date23 December 1907
Description'My Dear Harrison :- Flett says he can get his petrological report ready by the New Year. Supposing we get the whole thing ready to send in about that date, and supposing it is accepted, of which I hear there is a good prospect, do you think there would be a good chance of the reading being put down for Thursday, January 23? I called to see you my last day in London to try to arrange this, but found you were engaged with the Secretaries and I had no opportunity of calling again. Your truly, T Anderson. Can you suggest a better date? the 23rd would suit me but there may be circumstances of which I am unaware. I am engaged on Jan 16 but free 23 and 30th''.
