TitleLetter from Karl Pearson, University College, London, W.C, to [John] Rose Bradford, [Royal Society]
CreatorPearson; Karl (1857 - 1936); statistician and eugenicist
Date17 January 1912
DescriptionReminding Bradford that he wrote to him in relation to Mr Snow's paper suggesting that an abstract of it should be sent in the Proceedings of the Royal Society and the paper itself published elsewhere. Informs that the paper has been returned by Mr Harrison, asking for it to be revised and returned to the Royal Society and is confused as it is incompatible with Bradford's suggestion of having it published elsewhere. Emphasises the quality of the paper and that it should be published in full but as it has not been refereed there is no basis for revising it. Informs that Mr Snow is happy to write an abstract.
Includes an internal Royal Society Memorandum, dated 18 January 1912.
