Description | 'Dear Sir, I am obliged for your letter of the 21st inst. calling atention to the necessity of communicating the results of any discussion at the Sectional Committees to the Council. I do not think that any difficulty of the kind to which you refer has arisen so far as the Applied Sciences Committee is concerned. The Engineering Member of the Council has always attended. If Sir Robert Hadfield cannot attend the meeting then I shall write yo the conclusion reached myself. I am, Yours sincerely, Duguld Clerk'. |
