Description'Science Advisory Committe. Dear Sir, I enclose a copy of a memorandum on Government Scientific Oublications, which has been prepared by the above Committee and has been before the General Council of the Trades Union Congress and the Executive Committee of the Labour Party. I am instructed to ask for your Society's observations on this memorandum, and also to suggest that it would be very valuable if they would make representations to the Government on the subject.
