Description'Dear Towle, I am directed to thank you for your letter of the 5th, and for the permission given by your Officers to put our Council in possession of the Report of the Biological Abstracts Committee. The Council, on hearing of this, promptly asked that the Report should be circulayted to them before their next meeting on December 4th. As the whole body of the Council consists of nearly 70, I rather hesitate to ask whether you can give me so many of the Report of rhte purpose of circulation. If you cannot, I will get it duplicated.
