Attended laying of Harvey S Firestone Memorial Library cornerstone and H S Taylor's garden party, with many distinguished guests including Herbet Hoover and Governor General of Canada. Briefly discusses official ceremonies attended by guests such as the President of United States and [Dwight] Eisenhower.
