DescriptionRegarding the trouble with Sir Robinson's sleeper to Manchester last Thursday, as a result of a Cabinet decision the proportion of the total first-class railway sleeping accommodation upon which the Government retains any call is now only 35 percent, at the height of the war it was 100 percent and priority is always given to Members of Parliament. In last Thursday's case all the sleepers were occupied by Members of Parliament. Apologises.
