Discusses the decision 21 years previously that the Statutes should be amended to make clear the eligibility of women. 'As this is a great departure from the traditions of the past, Council would like to feel that it has the support of a large majority of the Fellows. You are, therefore, invited to state below whether or not you agree with the action taken'.
