Hull is sending Sabine an account of their magnetical observations [not enclosed]. Remarks on the commencing ‘operations’ and with the ‘aid’ of Sabine’s books able to understand the [instruments]. Hull was able to keep the term day and sends Sabine the results along with the ‘means of dip and declination observations’. Discusses the declination. Refers to different variations, morning, and evening variations. |
