DescriptionGives the recommendations of the Committee of Reference and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons on the milk certificates. Notes that it unadvisable to have priority for any dried, sweetened or condensed milk until there is severe shortage of cow's milk -- if that should occur then the priority should reference dried milk for infants under 18 months, and any full cream condensed, sweetened or unsweetened and dried milk for older children.
