DescriptionCocks is sorry to hear that [Cyril] Longhurst is ill. Hodge, a clerk of Longhurst's, brought Cocks a letter and he sent him back to Longhurst with the cheque for £10. Cocks will be in London from Wednesday the 18 September until 5 October, after which he will be in Cornwall again for about a fortnight, returning to London around 20 October. Discusses the weather, and hopes Kempe had a good time abroad.
