Description | Has sent Kempe a letter confirming any day will suit him [for the meeting] other than 15 or 19 April. Reminds Kempe that at a meeting of the Joint Committee, Sir [Clements] Markham 'said, almost verbatim, a Did not telgraph as Kempe would receive Huggins letter this morning stating any day wold suit him, except the 15th and 19th, next week. Kempe will remember at one of the meetings Sir C. Markham asked Huggins to made a personal statement, when he said, almost verbatim, all that he says in his longer letter, about eh expedition and about Gregory.
