DescriptionAsks Kempe to meet him at his house about 11 to 11.30am tomorrow to meet [Robert] Chalmers at the Treasury. He does not want to go in the afternoon as he wants to go up to the Lords. Chalmers says any time between 11am and 6pm would suit him, and as he knows today is impossible for Kempe he will let them arrange a convenient hour. Also enclosing a letter from Chalmers.
